It is the surgery to shrink the size of the breasts.
The traditional method involves making an incision with the form of an anchor that goes around the nipple or underneath the breast, almost all large breasts can be substantially reduced by this method. Fat, skin and the mammary gland are removed, and the new breast usually have a pleasant appearance, although a possible complication is that the patient might feel the nipples numbed. The reduction does not affect breast feeding, women can feed as before the procedure.
The second method, for smaller reductions, involves an incision around the nipple and avertical one down the path of the nipple. This method is for those who only have a minimum size to reduce and only need to lift the nipple. If you are not very interested in the shape of the breast and you only wants to reduce its size, this can be done by removing a large amount of tissue with liposuction, leaving no marks or scars on the breast, although the final shape is not the best.
